I founded NuConomy with a friend of mine in mid 2006. For four years we ran it and although we managed to sell it we never considered it as a success. In many point along the way we had a huge potential to become a truly big company.
But this was our first startup and we managed to do almost every single mistake possible. This series of blog posts will try to detail these mistakes and the lessons we learned from them. Hopefully it will help other first time entrepreneurs avoid at least some of them.
